With our Preferred Customer Rewards Program, you are rewarded for your loyalty each time you bring your Lexus in for service. At Lexus Downtown, every dollar you spend on service or parts accumulates one point that is vested in your personal rewards account.

These points can be redeemed at cash value (8% of every dollar you spend on service or parts) towards a new or pre-owned vehicle from Lexus Downtown. Then, with the purchase of a vehicle from Lexus Downtown, you will automatically be enrolled in the VIP Rewards Program.

VIP Rewards Program


The VIP Rewards Program is similar to the Preferred Customer Rewards Program in a sense that both reward you for your loyalty each time you bring your Lexus in for service. However, rather than 8% of every dollar you spend available for your redemption, points can be redeemed as cash value at 10% of every dollar spent and put towards a new or pre-owned Lexus purchase. In addition, at purchase, 500 bonus points will be automatically added to your account.
